Bulk Suspend Google Accounts

For admin of Google Workspace accounts. This free Add-on by {CLAYCODES} allows you to create a list of users and bulk suspend user accounts.

Open Scripts. Tools>Scripts.

In Scripts select Resources>Advanced Google Services

Turn the Admin Directory API to On.

Click the Link to the Google API Console. The console will open. Search for Admin SDK. Select it and click Enable.

In Scripts you will see <YOUR DOMAIN> Change to your domain. ie claycodes.org the < and > are not included.

A menu will open when the spreadsheet is opened named "Suspend Accounts Menu" when you open the document. You can use the listed functions on this menu.

Use the Import Accounts from the Menu. If you run it more than once it will over write what is already in the spreadsheet.

Checkoff the accounts you want to suspend.

Use the Bulk Suspend to Suspend the accounts.
