Meet Attendance can be used to collect attendance when in a Google Meet. It takes the information displayed as the user names and combines it with timestamps and other associated data. Meet attendance automatically creates a new sheet to place the data. Premium subscribers have the ability to associate the attendance to Google Classroom rosters and send granular data to a centralized spreadsheet.

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Webstore

  2. Go to meet.google.com

  3. Accept the permissions

  4. Click the Meet Attendance icon in the upper right hands corner of your Chrome Browser

  5. Click the Add button to automatically create and attach a new Google Sheet to save attendance to

  6. When in a Google Meet click the people icon to fly out people in a Meet. Attendance is automatically captured with a timestamp.

Attendance is saved to the Meet Attendance sheet in your Google Drive. You can Also access the attendance from the green assignment button by clicking the extension while in Meet.

No data is shared outside the user's account by the extension.
